~ Online Tutoring classes ~
We allow 24 hours notice for a rescheduling or cancellation in the event something comes up and we will keep that class as a credit. Whilst, we understand certain things can happen, our classes are all pre-scheduled and planned in advance therefore, please know that if a class is booked and paid and a student does not attend the scheduled class time, that payment for that class will not be refunded or credited. It is the parent/guardian/attendees responsibility to ensure they have accessibility to the class tools before committing to a tutoring class.
This involves ensuring a stable internet connection is available and usable. Real Stuff Matters Academy will assume that before a class is purchased, access to the appropriate digital resources including laptop/desktop/ipad/screen to view the live classes is already organised and understood as a requirement for participation in the online classes. If you are experiencing technical difficulties before or during a live class, a screenshot of the difficulty at the time must be sent to hello@realstuffmatters to validate the technical difficulty. If this is not done, your class payment will not be rescheduled.
In the event of a serious matter (personal/family) and a student cannot attend the scheduled class time, please notify us via email at email@example.com. If a class is missed, Real Stuff Matters tutors are under no obligation to send recorded classes or provide lecture notes and homework as a substitute for missing a tutoring class.
