Service Description

An 8 week course. This age group will focus on expanding students English vocabulary whilst introducing them to more formal English writing styles. We teach exciting topics that are engaging and beneficial for their learning and development. We focus on writing and communication confidence. We also delve into popular writing styles which include, text responses, comparative and persuasive writing plus so much more. These classes aren't age specific so if you feel that your child is needing help in these areas, then this is the class for you. Learn in the comfort of your own home and watch your child build confidence each week with online group tutoring classes.

Cancellation Policy

Once a class is booked, no cancellation of class or exchange of another class at a future time can replace the booking. The purchaser of the class must ensure they schedule the appropriate times for class and book accordingly. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the class to know the time and ensure correct purchase and scheduling of the class is understood and booked correctly. Please know that if a class is booked and paid and a student does not attend the scheduled class time, that payment for that class will not be refunded or credited. To attend the next class, a new booking and payment must be made through our bookings system. It is the parent/guardian/attendees responsibility to ensure they have accessibility to the class tools before committing to a tutoring class. This involves ensuring a stable internet connection is available and usable. Real Stuff Matters Tutoring will assume that before a class is purchased, access to the appropriate digital resources including laptop/desktop/ipad/screen to view the live classes is already organised and understood as a requirement for participation in the online classes. If you are experiencing technical difficulties before or during a live class, a screenshot of the difficulty at the time must be sent to hello@realstuffmatters to validate the technical difficulty. If this is not done, your class payment will not be rescheduled. In the event of a serious matter (personal/family) and a student cannot attend the scheduled class time, please notify us via email: If a class is missed, Real Stuff Matters tutors are under no obligation to send recorded classes or provide lecture notes and homework as a substitute for missing a tutoring class.
